I’m obsessed with my pets, too! In fact, check out the lower right corner of the photo, there’s my boy Furdinand Magellan hanging out in the studio with me, photobombing my headshots.
I get pet-people. I get the lingo, and the cat fur as an accidental accessory. I get that dogs won’t listen - no matter how much you practiced your sits and stays - when in the presence of a new person to impress. I get that cat personalities can vary wildly between wanting all the attention and wanting to hide, and I get that the occasional dog will pee in the studio.

How does it work?
This is a quick call to chat in-depth about the connection you and your family have with your pets. How obsessed are you with your four-legged bestie? How did they come into your life? Tell me about their quirks and everything that makes them special.
STEP 1 - YOU GUSH ABOUT YOUR PETS:
We’ll help you prepare for your session, so you know exactly what to expect and can enjoy creating memories with your pets. We’ll take care of the posing, you just hold the leash and enjoy the moment. Sits and stays are not required - so there is no pressure on you or your pet.
STEP 2 - THE PHOTO SESSION:
In the comfort of the studio we help you select your must-have portraits and design custom artwork to fit your space and aesthetic. So this leads to the next question….
STEP 3 - ENJOY YOUR ARTWORK:
How Much?
As each pet is unique, so is each Portrait Experience! Your total investment depends on how many images you love and how you wish to display them following your session. Some folks purchase one Signature print, while others can’t walk away from any photos left on the table, so we offer a little something for everyone.
Whether In-Studio, an Outdoor location, or in your home, each session includes printed artwork!
With over 20 years of portrait photography experience and a Tail Wag Guarantee, you can invest confidently knowing your money will be well spent. With session fees from $250 and print collections starting at $500, you’ll find that our work is neither the lowest nor the most expensive around, but it does represent one of the greatest values. Our clients spend an average of $2000 on their session. This can include Gift Prints for family and friends (what a great way to say Thank You to a dedicated pet sitter!) to Signature pieces for their walls, and any combination.
We will go over all the artwork options during our Phone Consultation to make sure we are providing you with meaningful, custom pieces that fit your home. When it comes to feedback afterwards, clients often say “I wish I had done this sooner” or “I wish I’d done with with my last dog”.
